While my colleague was talking so eloquently in defense of freedom, not in defense of South Carolina, but in defense of freedom and the freedom to pursue the free market, something as fundamental as that, we have been joined by our colleague from South Carolina, Congressman Jeff Duncan, and I would yield him such time as he may consume on this issue and any other issue on his heart.
