This inspector general's report should conjure anger, disappointment, and sadness in everyone who reads it.

If there is a restraining order with the element of violence, that person is prohibited from having a single bullet, much less an AR-15.

I think they are devastating. They are beyond showing political preferences. It very much impacts peoples' perception of fairness.

I can't think of anything more outcome determinative than my bias against this person I'm investigating.
