Given the time, the resources, the independence to do his job and when you are innocent, if the allegations collude you with the Russians and there is no evidence of that and you're innocent of that, act like it.

I think they are devastating. They are beyond showing political preferences. It very much impacts peoples' perception of fairness.

The notion that you can withhold information and documents from Congress no matter whether you're the party in power or not in power is wrong.
