I remind the people back home that the scale of this plan that the gentlewoman is talking about is $5,500 borrowed for every man, woman, and child in this country, and your children will pay that money back. They will pay it back in higher taxes. They will pay it back in lost opportunity. They will pay it back in weaker economic growth. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.
