I would remind my friend that only about 9 percent of this bill actually goes to speed vaccine production and delivery around the country. And if more of that were occurring in this bill there may be more bipartisanship. This bill is a misnomer called a COVID recovery act when, in fact, it is just an expansion of entitlements that will make people more dependent on the government and will lessen their opportunity and heap debt on our children and our grandchildren.
