Tom Rice voted to impeach Donald Trump. He says he's proud of that vote. He says if it costs him his career, so be it.

I think the reason that they only search two is because, when we did the background-check law in the mid-1990s, the N-DEx system did not exist.

I have made my opinions very well known. I know I did the right thing. I would do it again tomorrow. I don`t vote for the job. I vote to do the right thing. I don`t vote for a man. I vote to uphold the Constitution.

This is a very commonsense solution that would have prevented most of these massacres.
