We lowered the tax liability from--we eliminated taxes on anybody--an individual who makes 12,000 or less.
A growing economy lifts all boats.
I am talking about for a single individual and we doubled it for families too, from 12,000 to 24,000.
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act stopped that flow.
