It is my understanding if you bring a frivolous lawsuit, then you can have attorneys fees assessed against you. I agree with that if it is frivolous. I am not supporting frivolous cases. A lot of cases that are not frivolous, it is a close call. You do not know the people are going to lie about the color of the red light, and you lose your case because of that. That is not a frivolous case.
