I yield myself such time as I may consume. I'm not quite sure if I heard the gentlelady from New York correctly, but she seemed to allude, or to suggest, that the President might not pass the omnibus bill because of this bill, which sounds like a reaffirmation of the fact that they are playing politics on the left while we on the right consistently look for ways to help the middle class. In addition, when Republican Senator Jim DeMint and President Obama and Speaker Boehner and Democrat Senator Manchin are on the same page on the 1-year extension, we ought to act as a sounding board for those four, who are typically in opposite corners. Mr. Speaker, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from the great State of Georgia, Dr. Rob Woodall.
