Studies have shown that during that time, a significant number of pregnancies occur. We also found that those who think they have a future are less likely to get pregnant. Therefore, college scholarships and other activities designed to make sure those opportunities are available must be fully funded, and cutting back in that area will increase teen pregnancies.
