I believe the legislation Congressman Roskam introduced on the House side and I have introduced with Senator Brown on this side, which would limit the IRS's ability to seize people's money without first charging them with a crime, is absolutely necessary to ensure we do not read about, and our citizens do not undergo, any further nightmare scenarios like these seizures.
