The South Carolina State Fair celebrates so much of what makes South Carolina special, from our rich agricultural history and local arts to delicious food and southern hospitality.

Thank the good Lord there are no more hostages in Hamas captivity, but this battle of good versus evil is far from over.

Three years ago today, Hamas terrorists committed an unimaginable act of terror, killing more than 1,200 innocent men, women, and children – including 46 Americans – and taking 251 people hostage, 12 of them Americans.

I hope folks take some time to enjoy this beloved tradition and celebrate what makes the Palmetto State so great: our community, and yes, our food too.
