As in legislative session, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 212, H.R. 2486. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 2486) to reauthorize mandatory funding programs for historically Black colleges and universities and other minority-serving institutions. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
