Wireless carriers, as a result of government policy, for the most part, have a very difficult time going into rural areas and providing the kind of high speed service. They've got to compete against companies that are subsidized, et cetera. There is great opportunity for wireless carriers to do in the United States what they've done in South Africa and other countries around the world if we can be allowed to get there.
