We actually balanced the budget. The first year we balanced the budget, and we balanced the budget every year.
I opposed the State and local bailouts because I did not believe the revenues were going to go down that much.
When I got elected back in 2010, the full economy was in the doldrums.
I know that this does not refer the right way there.
