You got to remember, Sherrod Brown was for data centers, and Jon Husted is for data centers being responsible.

One spouse should not bear the responsibility for another spouse’s hidden income or mistakes, and the Tax Relief for Innocent Spouses Act gives the Tax Court greater authority to review the full scope of evidence in appeal cases.

By unanimously passing these commonsense reforms, the Senate is making it clear that the American people should not have to pay the price for flaws in our tax system.
