The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce any Federal law, rule, or regulation that would require an individual to wear a mask on public transportation conveyances and at transportation hubs. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 838, the gentleman from South Carolina (Mr. Fry) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
