None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to carry out the final rule titled ``Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Manufactured Housing'' (88 Fed. Reg. 32728 (May 31, 2022)). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 756, the gentleman from South Carolina (Mr. Norman) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
