Mr. Chairman, I would like to ask for unanimous consent to enter the SLED, State Law Enforcement Division's crime in South Carolina annual report where it shows violent crime is up. Murders, aggravated assaults, stolen vehicles, et cetera, it is up. It is not down. It is a lie.
