As we continue to decarbonize the electric grid, I hope FERC will continue to be proactive and flexible in its approach to building out a grid with more distributed resources and in recognizing the benefits of innovative technologies.

We have all seen the stark reality, highlighted by the ongoing pandemic, that broadband is a necessity.

Well, thank you very much, Madam Chairwoman, and to both you and Chairman Pallone, for continuing this series of legislative hearings to move forward with common-sense solutions to protect consumers online, and to hold online platforms…

It is our responsibility on the subcommittee to highlight, as we have in so many hearings, the issues important to the people we represent.
