I would just say to my friend, the one thing I would agree with my friend on is that the House of Representatives is not the United States Senate. I wholeheartedly agree with that. I would also say to my friend, and I believe he may not have been present that day, but on May 26 of this year, we had a vote in committee on this bill, and Representative Barton voted for this bill in committee as part of our drinking water bill. So did 18 other Republicans. So the bill passed our committee with 45 members voting in favor.
