In closing, Mr. Speaker, this bill passed unanimously in the House of Representatives when it was H.R. 1147. This bill has broad bipartisan support. I want to thank all of my colleagues for their work, and I would hope that we could have a unanimous vote today on the House floor when the bill is brought up.
