What I do want to hear is what you will do to bring our country back from the fringes.
It is critical that NTIA play the role given to it by Congress to manage Federal spectrum resources.
The time for self-regulation is over. It is time we legislate to hold you accountable.
It's critical that more join this program--so that as many folks as possible can take advantage of this benefit.
