We have all seen the stark reality, highlighted by the ongoing pandemic, that broadband is a necessity.

I want to request unanimous consent to enter the following records, testimony, or other information into the record: a statement from Congressman Bill Pascrell.

It is our responsibility on this Subcommittee to highlight, as we have in so many hearings, the issues important to the people we represent.

I am also encouraged by FERC's efforts to finally establish an Office of Public Participation, as well as efforts to prepare for and combat cyber attacks on our energy infrastructure.
