Eventually we are going to balance the budget. It is either going to be through proper congressionally driven avenue, or it is going to be printing a bunch of money.
The reason you're -- you're seeing so much attention to it today is they think this is what's going to bring down the president. That's what this is all about.
It will mean heretofore that when a president is impeached that one party can deny the other witnesses, and that will be the new normal that would be trials without witnesses.
