I respect that, Mr. Chairman. I don't believe that responds to my parliamentary inquiry. Is the Chair's ruling with or without prejudice as to my ability to bring the same amendment at a later time? The Acting CHAIR. The Chair cannot give an advisory opinion on a future amendment.
