I think the President has pretty much made it very clear since he's got here that he doesn't profit from being here, he has no interest in profit from being here.
It will mean heretofore that when a president is impeached that one party can deny the other witnesses, and that will be the new normal that would be trials without witnesses.
But, yes, it has always surprised me how that history has been revised, the history has been portrayed that it was because of the fight, because of the debt ceiling fight that we got the downgrade.
