I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end the following new section: SEC. 12. SUNSET. This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall terminate on the date that is seven years after the date of the enactment of this Act. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 212, the gentleman from South Carolina (Mr. Mulvaney) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from South Carolina.
