I think the fair question to ask is, would Barack Obama have won for helping bring an end to the war between Russia and Ukraine?

No, never. Nor should they. That's an issue that was already litigated during the election. Voters knew the President could have given his tax returns, they knew that he didn't and they elected him anyway.

So that will be fascinating to see how it shakes out at the Supreme Court.

I think it's absolutely personal.
