Madam Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following new section: SEC. 3. SUNSET. Effective on the date that is five years after the date of the enactment of this Act-- (1) section 1104 of the National Security Act of 1947, as added by section 2(a) of this Act, is repealed; and (2) the table of contents in the first section of the National Security Act of 1947, as amended by section 2(d) of this Act, is amended by striking the item relating to section 1104, as added by such section 2(d). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 631, the gentleman from South Carolina (Mr. Mulvaney) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
