The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. The total amount of appropriations made available by title IX (not including amounts made available under the heading ``Overseas Deployments and Other Activities-- Procurement--National Guard and Reserve Equipment'') is hereby reduced by $3,546,000,000.
