I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 10003. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used in contravention of section 418 of title 37, United States Code, as such section was in effect on June 9, 2016, with respect to athletic shoes. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 783, the gentleman from South Carolina (Mr. Sanford) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from South Carolina.
