as usual, the Senator from Connecticut has found a reasoned way to resolve this issue and avoid some of the concerns that the Senator from Missouri expressed. As we mentioned during the conversation we had in the Senator's office about 10 days ago, Senator Nelson and I are very supportive of the underlying legislation. We do not want to be, in any way, an obstacle to its successful passage. We do have this issue. I might say, Florida is not the only State where there are unresolved allegations of irregularities.
