But as I read the amendment, with the exception of changing the numeration--that is, what was listed as an (a) in the Senate Finance committee language is listed as a small paragraph letter (i) in the McCain amendment number 3711. With the changes of those numerations, the words in the amendment are almost verbatim to the words that are being stricken from line 3 on page 26 through line 5 on page 27. Is that an accurate statement?”
