They did not do a State-by-State analysis. I do not know who did the analysis of the State-by-State costs presented by my Republican colleagues so I cannot have any means of even determining who to go to talk to about where these numbers came from. But the answer to the question, which is relevant, is there are very substantial savings to the States. In fact, according to the Congressional Budget Office, the savings to the States as a result of the passage of this prescription drug amendment would be equal to----
