Would the gentleman agree with that tendency in place, the ability to spend far more than we make and it is escalating at monumental proportions, that if there ever was a time to have a three-fifths majority vote it is now, and could you comment on the likelihood of balancing the budget with tax increases if we don't have the three-fifths majority?
