I think it is very important before we make a decision how to get to $87 billion, that the civilian workforce, if it is going to be reduced just a fraction of the Active-Duty Forces and Reserve folks who wear the uniform, I would like to know more about how we could maybe shift some of this reduction, look at the civilian side a little bit harder, and make sure that we get to $87 billion with as many people that are available to go to war if we have to have a war.
