Momentum and support continues to grow for our legislation to not only protect, but provide recourse to the victims—many of whom are women and children—of nonconsensual, sexual deepfakes. The DEFIANCE Act gives these victims a voice, and I remain committed to seeing these protections signed into law.

Because, before, I thought the money was coming from the West. If the West funds Iran, I think that would be a Marshall Plan with a Nazi still in charge for Germany. If the plan envisions the Sunni Arabs – yes, if the Sunni Arabs do it.
Whether or not the United States can reach an acceptable, verifiable deal with Iran regarding its nuclear program and other issues is yet to be determined, but I see little downside to trying.
This legislation will keep Americans safe and end the cycle of catch and release once and for all.
