I'm for two things. I'm for modernized weapons and I'm for getting some of this stuff off the table.

We're talking about thousands of warheads that are going to be taken off the table, and that's very much at risk if we start over.

The only reason I mentioned diluting plutonium is because it was the only option that would have been cheaper.
