OK. What if we have the very same person who made it out of Afghanistan and makes it to America. I think most people would want us to gather intelligence to find out what is coming next. Would the Senator agree with me, if you put someone in civilian control for the purpose of prosecution, intelligence gathering becomes very difficult?
