We need to have realistic goals. That is to make sure that Afghanistan is not a safe haven for international terrorism.

So they're not held in high regard, they don't have an air force, they don't have any armor, but they're winning.

The point is, whatever relationship we have with Iraq is yet to be determined, I think that's a fair answer.
