I think we’re in good shape.
Waiving congressionally passed sanctions is a complicated process.
Unlike much else Trump and Musk are doing, slashing PEPFAR really doesn’t even appear to be a partisan act.
What we got to do as Republicans is capture their work product, put it in a bill and vote on it.
