And if you need to use military force to protect this Nation, if sanctions fail, I will be your strongest advocate. But a couple of things have been said that need to be corrected. The managers' amendment is not what was in the base bill or we wouldn't need a managers' amendment. Section 102 in the base bill is approximately three paragraphs.
