I think that is a good presentation of exactly the point we have been trying to make all day long. We have called it risky and dangerous. What we are talking about is skating on thin ice. For the first 5 years, this resolution, which has $200 billion of tax reduction in it, comes perilously close to putting us back in deficit. If we do, we are back into the Social Security trust fund.
