I simply want to point out that the budget resolution brought to the floor by the House Republicans last month provided only $77 billion in tax cuts over the next 5 years. The President is calling for $675 billion in tax cuts over the next 10 years, and the repeal of this repealer will take at least $400 to $500 billion. Their budget resolution did not provide for this tax cut.
