Dismantle 130 SS-19 heavy throw-weight ICBM's, dismantle 54 SS-24 mobile ICBM's, fill in 148 SS-18 silos in Kazakhstan, eliminate 492 SLBM silos, destroy 10 more heavy bombers, complete the construction of a facility in Siberia to safely store over 12,000 nuclear warheads, dispose of 100,000 metric tons of liquid propellants, scrap 916 ballistic rocket motors. That is a concrete list, that is the work order.
