once again, I yield 30 seconds to myself to say that in no way can this resolution be construed to support a tax cut of $514 billion. If the gentleman wishes to put that construction upon it, I am here to say, as the author of it, it does not apply. We do not support such a tax cut. We have supported tax cuts to boost the economy, but not the tax cuts that this budget resolution proposes because it would drive a deficit deeper and deeper into debt.
