I have to say do not do it except as the last act. But I am saying to the gentleman the responsible thing, the responsible thing is not to drain the budget dry so that the resources there are not there to deal with Social Security and Medicare. The responsible thing is to deal with Social Security, deal with Medicare, and then address tax reduction.
