I am grateful that under his leadership, the Palmetto State has achieved a historic year, with over $8 billion in capital investment creating 5,500 new jobs. Additionally, his goal 3 years ago to drop the State personal income tax rate has exceeded expectations. The tax rate continues to be reduced, helping taxpayers.
