Well, I would tell you that indeed the facility is 62 percent completed. I believe--and not to be critical, NNSA, the contractor, you should be working together, because this can be done. The alternative is truly putting our country at risk, I believe, in having weapons-grade plutonium either in South Carolina or in New Mexico.
